Brittany Sandeman joined Aitken Whyte Lawyers in October 2021. Brittany has provided an experienced addition to our civil and commercial litigation practice.

Brittany has several years of experience in commercial litigation and civil procedure. She is particularly interested in consumer law matters, insolvency, defamation, and contract claims. Brittany’s experience extends to the Magistrates, District, Supreme, Federal, and Appellate Courts.

Brittany has a commercial mindset towards litigation matters. Her primary focus is on achieving each client’s desired result. She provides clear advice and develops a strategy to work toward those goals. Brittany strives to continue to deepen and refine her litigation skillset.

Brittany obtained a Bachelor of Behavioural Science/Law (Hons) from the Queensland University of Technology.
